A Quick Note About Hand Safety
Creating a wire-wrapped tree involves bending, twisting, gripping, and manipulating wire for an extended period of time. Even for those without existing hand or wrist limitations, your hands may get tired or sore during the process.
If you have arthritis, neuropathy, limited grip strength or mobility, chronic hand or wrist pain, or another condition that affects your hands, we encourage you to consider whether this activity is appropriate for you and consult with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns before registering.
We want creating to feel good. Breaks are always welcome, and if your hands need a little extra help during the workshop, please let us know. We’ll do what we reasonably can to help you participate comfortably.
